The new economy that focuses on creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship has rapidly grown to be the new impetus for the economic development and urban transformation in the twenty-first century.Cultural and creative industries as one of the typical industrial clusters of new economy have attracted the attention from major cities in the world. In the development process of urban cultural and creative industries, affected by the characteristics of their production process and their location preferences, enterprises and practitioners concentrate in individual production and constantly rebuild the communication means and contact strength between the city and the outside, which drives the status change in the function and network of the individual city in urban agglomeration and gradually forms a new system of urban agglomeration.Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations urban agglomeration has the best development foundation and a high development level of cultural and creative industries. To this end, based on the medium data and micro-data source, the spatial pattern and evolution of cultural and creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations were systematically analyzed and whether the urban agglomeration is affected was studied so as to provide a decision-making reference for the improvement in the overall development quality of cultural and creative industries in the urban agglomeration and for the opportunity of the individual city to develop cultural and creative industries. This paper first built the evaluation model of development conditions for urban cultural and creative industries based on medium data and micro-data processing and pattern analysis and used DEAto analyze the main factors of development conditions for cultural and creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations from 2013 to 2015.Secondly,it used density analysis to describe and explain the characteristics of spatial and temporal evolution of industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.Thirdly,it used the economic census data and the data of listed companies for social network analysis of the typical enterpriseand its production process to describe the spatial pattern evolution and scale effect of different cultural and creative industries. The results are as follows:(1)In the development process of cultural and creative industries, the main influencing factors are different in different periods. The development conditions are closely related to the economic situation and are influenced by the distance from the central city of the urban agglomeration. The cultural and creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations are growing rapidly, mainly concentrated in the central city and economically developed cities. The cultural and creative industries are mainly engaged in design and consulting, software and computer, fashion art and art exhibition, leisure and entertainment, and media. The technological efficiency of the cultural and creative industries in southern Jiangsu and Shanghai is higher than other cities, and that in the coastal cities is higher than the inland cities.(2)The spatial and temporal evolution of the cultural and creative industrial parks: the growth rate of parks increases first and then decreases, the non-government-led parks gradually increase, and the development stage of parks in different cities is significantly different;the parks are regionally agglomerated,Hangzhou,Suzhou and Nanjing gradually become core regions over time from the former single city Shanghai, where ??the park density rises, the single-core agglomeration develops toward dual-core agglomeration, and there is a trend of biaxial agglomeration;the agglomeration situation of parks not only contributes to the cluster development of cultural and creative industries but also promotes Suzhou and other cities to grow into new central cities, which catalyzes the ranking change of cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.(3)The spatial pattern evolution of cultural and creative enterprises: the cultural and creative enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations are still agglomerate, but the agglomeration rate slows down, and they tend to be distributed evenly in the majority of the cities;in the production network of different categories of cultural and creative enterprises, the central city has changed, and the production network structure gradually changes from single-center to multi-center;the scale of the primate city continues to expand, the scale distribution of production network is more concentrated, and small and medium-sized cities are not developed enough;the subsidiaries of cultural and creative enterprises tend to concentrate in big cities in the early stage of the production network and gradually expand to medium and small cities in the middle and late stages, but the overall number still lags behind big and central cities.
