| With the development of Chinese economy,people’s living standards have been improved,and more and more people began to pay attention to their personal health.The square dance is a simple and easy to learn,low cost of fitness activities,but also more popular with everyone,the city of Guangzhou is no exception,so the development of the city in Guangzhou is also very fast.Of course,with the continuous development of the square dance organization,many problems also began to appear,which is the development of the Guangzhou City Plaza dance organization is detrimental.So the author of this paper intended to observe the development of Chinese informal sports social organization through the window of square dance organization,and explore Chinese informal sports social organization development model,combined with the informal organization theory and square dance practice.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics.This paper studies Guangzhou Tianhe District Square dance organizations form following five aspects,namely the general development situation(member characteristics,activity status),external development environment and external communication,internal Governance structure and its relationship,organizational resources.The results are as follows:1,Most people who is in charge of Guangzhou Tianhe District square dance organization and in their 31-40 years of age are female,and these people have low education background and monthly income,and most of them are freelancers;the female members are in the majority in these organizations with low education background and income,and most of them are retirees and freelancers;Guangzhou Tianhe District Square dance activities are mostly located in parks and squares with around 21-40 people,and the participants generally exercise for 90 minutes or above,the frequency of exercise generally can be maintained at 7 times a week or more.Besides,most people exercise twice a day.2,Guangzhou Tianhe District Square dance organizations all are not registered in the grass-roots organizations registration or filing,therefore the system restriction is less,but is not conducive to the relevant departments of the organization of the square dance funding and other support;the people in charge all agree that they do not need to get help and support from the government,and if possible,the square dance knowledge and skills training will be their favorite;there is no communicationbetween Tianhe District Plaza dance organizations and other organizations,therefore,there is no contradiction of area with other organization.3,The people in charge of Guangzhou Tianhe District square organization are all self elected and the decision is made by all the member after their discussion.The main way to inform people to take part in is oral notice,and only a few square dance organizations use the phone,WeChat and QQ to inform others.Therefore,the members in square organizations think highly of the relationship with other members and the most important element is their characters.Some Guangzhou Tianhe District Square dance organizations are charged but some are not,and the free one is paid by the people in charge and the charged organizations consist of four fee charge standards,namely 3 yuan / night or 20 yuan / month,1 yuan / night,10 yuan / month,50 / month,and all are voluntary payment.4,Guangzhou Tianhe District square dance organizations enjoy adequate venue facilities and resources,and the same is true of participants.However,these organizations are short of the people in charge who have high academic background and income with professional knowledge and skills.The square dance organizations have adequate social internal capital resources but less external capital resources.5,the main factors which impact the development of Guangzhou Tianhe District Plaza dance organization are: the lack of management personnel,the actual management and a clear lack of rules and regulations as well as the lack of legal protection. |
