A Research On Current Situation And Improvement Of Teaching Of Children’s Dance Sport In Training Agency Of Xi’an

Dance sport has become a popular sport among people in recent years,which has many dances that is divided into two categories including 10 dances.Thus,it easily get people involved and diffuse across many cities,among which Xi’an has gradually become the city developing dance sport.In Xi’an,children’s dance sport has become the first choice for parents to ask their children to learn.Many training agencies saw this demand and started to open classes.The childhood is the major phase for children to keep healthy physically and psychologically and nurture their characters,during which every teaching content children receive has great effect on later learning.Therefore,it requires training agencies to improve their teaching so as to implement teaching better and improve teaching quality.In order to implement children’s dance sport teaching better,this paper adopted literatures,questionnaire research and experiment method to do the research on the current teaching situation of training agencies,found the factors affecting development of training agencies,pointed out the overall development rules on the weaknesses and proposed the relevant strategies of improvement from the perspectives of the factors affecting development of training agencies in Xi’an,including teachers,students,teaching contents and teaching organizations.After doing the research on training agencies and contrasting results of experiments,the conslusions are as following:(1)Although most of teachers are reletively young,the young teachers vastly learn the new things.They join teachers’ training at least once every year,which benefits the development of children’s dance sport in Xi’an and has certain positive effect.42.19% of teachers only hold college’s diploma and 65.63% of teachers are taking part time job as teachers,which means the number of teachers in children’s dance sport in Xi’an is dynamic and teachers are rather unstable.(2)The age of children who learn dance sport are mainly at 6 to 10 and there are 25 boys born for every 100 girls showing an obvious gap between them.But most of students learn dance sport only for their habit accounting for 61.98%,which to some degree boosts the development of dance sport and proves that dance sport is popular in Xi’an.(3)According to researches on 6 training agencies,the teaching organization mainly adopts class teaching and 76.56% of teachers make their teaching objectives and different objectives based on different classes.As for teaching content,teachers mainly teach skills,accounting for 81.26% with little exercise of body and physical quality.Teaching methods mainly include dividing exercise and demonstration method.Although these two methods have many merits,the teaching methods haven’t been applied extensively suiting children’s physical and psychological characters.(4)This paper proposed it is necessary to nurture teachers’ comprehensive ability,update traditional ideas and recruit many male students on the issues existing in teaching of children’s training agencies in Xi’an.It is advised to add more physical exercises for teaching content and apply teaching methods suiting children’s physical and psychological characters.The major goal is to help student to develop their interest in learning and teaching in due order.(5)After improving the issues of current teaching situation,students in experimental group increased their interest by 25%.In view of mastering moves,the experimental group’s average is7 to 10 higher than the control group.The students in experimental group improve their learning attitude,efficiency and quality obviously after communicating with teacher.In a word,comparing to the normal teaching,the improved teaching does help to improve teaching efficiency and students’ ability of learning.
