Cultural industry is a new industry developed in the background of global consumer society.It is an important industry in the era of knowledge economy.The Outline of China's "13th Five-Year Plan" puts forward that "the public cultural service system is basically completed and the cultural industry becomes the national economy Pillar industry " development goals.At present,the Xinjiang cultural industry has made great progress,but its overall share in the national economy is limited,limited economic capacity.Whether the future of Xinjiang cultural industry has the potential to develop into a "pillar" industry,it is necessary to measure its competitiveness.Therefore,this paper with Xinjiang in 2007,2012 input-output data and the 2012 national input-output data,based on the competitiveness theory of Porter,the dynamic and static of the cultural industry competition in Xinjiang from the "overall" and "internal structure" Analysis,has been exposed to the competitiveness of cultural industries.Because of the different index system of cultural industry competitiveness at home and abroad,this paper,on the basis of elaborating the background significance and clarifying the research content method,combs the relevant research on the competitiveness of domestic and foreign industry and the competitiveness of cultural industry.In the third chapter,according to the provisions of "Culture and Related Industries(2012)" promulgated by the National Bureau of Statistics,the cultural industry is defined.Based on the theory of Porter,considering the realistic factors,the paper constructs the index of Xinjiang's cultural industry competitiveness system;The fourth chapter uses the input-output data from the dynamic and static two angles,the cultural industry "overall" and "structural" analysis,and the main conclusions of this study are summarized;the fifth chapter is to promote cultural industry competition Ability to suggest."Overall" analysis shows that the comprehensive competitiveness of Xinjiang's cultural industry is higher than the national level,of which the potential competitiveness of Xinjiang's cultural industry is higher than the national level,especially the competitive ability of demand conditions in Xinjiang;the realistic competitiveness of Xinjiang's cultural industry Lower than the national level,especially among the factors of production competitiveness."Structural" analysis shows that from 2007 to 2012,Xinjiang's cultural industry's comprehensive competitiveness has improved,of which the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural products manufacturing industry has improved,and cultural products manufacturing industry is still the cultural industry in the strongest competitiveness of the industry,and the overall competitiveness of cultural services has declined.Xinjiang comprehensive competitiveness of cultural industries has exceeded the primary industry,is due to the impact of industrial competitiveness of the main factors of the potential competitiveness of the promotion,especially in the potential competitiveness of the demand conditions in the competitive capacity rising.
