Research On Mo-tse’s Philosophy Of Management

During the warring state(Spring and Autumn)period,Mohist school had been influential for its ideological achievements.This paper focuses on the analysis and surmmary of Mo-tse’s philosophy of management in his main views “ universal love”、“non-attack”、“shang xian”、“shang tong”、“jie yong”.Mo-tse as a representative of the ancient Chinese traditional culture,the idea formed in the age of historical context.The idea comes from,YaoShunYu Shang Wenwu remodel;From Xia Yuzhi way;Based on Confucianism critically inherit;From the ordinary life experience.He is the only way of governing revolution all love,all phase.This paper discussed the theoretical basis of mohism.The theoretical basis of mozi management philosophy has 3: theory of human nature.Mozi thought of human nature,such as silk,dyed green,pale,to dye in yellow is yellow;The concept of universal love.Universal love is the core thought of mozi,mozi advocated and love each other,and profits;’view.Mozi thought "righteousness," also,righteousness and pay equal attention to,and your righteousness is,achieve the unity of righteousness and benefit.Mozi’s theory of human nature,view of universal love and combination,on the basis of analyzing the main content of the management philosophy.From the main content of mozi’s thought about the management object,about the types of management,about the management objective,about these four aspects to introduce management method.Management into the object of human,material and financial resources,different management objects take different approaches.Attaching importance to the management of people mainly,for physical and financial management is "frugality";Species according to their area of the management,responsibility is divided into a variety of,mozi will management into the type of cultivate one’s morality management,administrative,military and national management;Management activities management purpose is the starting point and foothold of all management activity,mozi’s management objective is divided into material and of the theory,in addition to the world of harm and the spirit of fairness and justice,love everyone orderly;Mozi management methods are divided into general method and concrete method of mo-tse by its unique three table method to prove the feasibility of this method to provide the basis.Study one thought is that the meaning of the guiding contemporary life,whether it can apply in life what are its pros and cons.Mozi thought of life still has a high value,view of universal love as a kind of positive energy,help to achieve social harmony;Section presents the concept of the green management,help to build the sustainable development of ecological homestead;The attack ideas,help to promote peace and development of the international society as a whole.This article from the perspective of management philosophy,mozi,will the traditional culture of our country and management of the combined method content,mozi’s management philosophy advocates pay attention to the humanistic care,love everyone equal hexyl educational spirit of cultivate one’s morality,and the world,in addition to the salvation of all of the target,its thought essence will be used for today’s management practice.
