Secondary vocational schools is a country for the compulsory education on the basis of training a large number of skilled talents for the society with high-quality workforce and to develop phased education form,referred to as "secondary vocational schools.At present,China’s secondary vocational education and ordinary high school recruitment of students scale.It has influenced by education groups are numerous and directly to vocational education characteristics of education.Attitude brings together people cognition,emotion and behavioral tendency of certain things,is the individual has stability,valuation on its holdings of psychological tendency,and according to the standard,can be individual introspection to identify this attitude can be divided into two categories,explicit attitude and implicit attitude.Explicit attitude can be individual consciousness and report is easy to be explicit,implicit attitude is not introspection recognition and accurate recognition of traces of past experience.Prejudice is a form of attitude,is often considered a wrong attitude,individual under the influence of bias,tend to give certain things self-righteous judging.Career is the industry and the function of a general designation,the necessity of its existence is embodied in the common development of man and society.Can say the social individuals have jobs,and these are the real work is necessary for individual for professional attitude and choice,based on professional attitude is necessary foundation and inevitable result of the duration of professional bias within process of implicit attitude and explicit attitude affects the individual with occupational likes and dislikes and career choice.This article will focus on secondary vocational school students,parents and teachers to study,analyze its professional bias condition,professional attitude and implicit professional attitude and explicit differences in professional attitude.Research will choose career is divided into professional technology and service class,study the use of professional concept questionnaire investigation of secondary vocational school personnel explicit professional attitudes,the results show that overall subjects exist explicit occupational prejudice,think in the professional attributes on professional technology is superior to professional service class.Research using the implicit association test(IAT)investigation of secondary vocational school personnel implicit professional attitudes,the results showed that students,parents are implicit occupational prejudice,there is no implicit profession prejudice,participantsin the whole level of respect,stability and income,sexual attributes exist implicit occupational prejudice,on the professional property of knowledge,there is no implicit occupational prejudice.Combined with a study and research to the results of the two,which indicates that subjects as a whole and explicit implicit and prejudice,bias;Participants in the level of respect,stability and income on the whole properties on a explicit implicit and bias,prejudice,professional property in a pleasant and informative on explicit occupational prejudice,did not see implicit professional prejudice;Students and parents at the same time there are explicit implicit and bias,prejudice,teacher exist explicit occupational prejudice,did not see implicit occupational prejudice.
