Research On The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In China Presently

The definition of intangible cultural heritage and related protection actions are generated frome the identification and advocacy of United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO).The “Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage” of the UN pointed out,for each community,group or individuals,the intangible cultural heritage is each part of their view of their cultural heritage,such as all kinds of social practice,the concept,expression,knowledge,skills and related tools,materials,handicraft and cultural sites."It is very important to protect the intangible cultural heritage in China,because the intangible cultural heritage is not only the inheritance of national culture,the basis of the national feelings' enhancement,but also there is an important function to inherited the Chinese traditional civilization and maintain cultural diversity.China is a big country of intangible cultural heritage,the research on the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China not only has important academic value,but also has important realistic significance.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part focuses on the process of the definition and determination of the protection of intangible cultural heritage from the UN.This part introduces the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage,such as intangible,living state,inheritance and sociality,and also analyzes the theoretical basis of Marx's protection of intangible cultural heritage.The second part summarizes the main achievements in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in china.Including the introduction of laws and regulations on the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the establishment of all levels of intangible cultural heritage protection mechanism,to develop the intangible cultural heritage census,to establish four levels intangible cultural heritage lists,and applied the UN intangible cultural heritage.At the same time,this paper also pointed out the problems in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in china.Such as: the legal system of the protection of intangible cultural heritage are not completed,professional institutions and professional talents are seriously insufficient,the inheritance of the degree of attention and the protection to those inheritors are not enough,and lack of awareness of the importance of the protection of the whole societyThe third part points out the ways and measures of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in china.Based on the Internet to strengthen the database construction of the intangible cultural heritage,to improve the laws and regulations of the intangible cultural heritage protection,to provide favorable conditions for heritor,to improve the protection consciousness of the whole society,to improve the industrial operation system of intangible cultural heritage,to improve competitiveness through comprehensive development.
