An Analysis Of Li Boan Ink Figure Painting

Li Boan is at the end of twentieth Century Chinese has an important influence on the figure painter,he was born in a poor family,the ups and downs,but it is the rich life experience and bumpy life he created a solid art foundation and strong willpower quality.Li Boan’s works were divided into two periods: the Taihang period before 1989 and the the Yellow River period after 1989.During the Taihang period,Li Boan went deep into the Taihang Mountains to investigate and collect materials.On this basis,he produced a series of acclaimed works showing the Taihang theme,such as sunrise and the Taihang people.Li Boan in the Yellow River in order to show the image of Tibetan compatriots,countless times in Tibet life,created "out of" the such shocking century masterpiece.From a series of Li Boan’s works,we can see that the art has the following characteristics: first,stick to the pen and ink.Two,strong and vivid image expression.Three,shocking spiritual connotation.In this paper,I hope that through the in-depth study of Li Boan ink figure painting,I can improve the painting theory and ink painting techniques,so that my painting level is even higher.
