Currently in most of India Chinese language education is still at its initial stages.Traditional education attaches places a great importance to the inculcation of knowledge into students. This kind of teaching method may bring out students with high scores but low linguistic ability. But if such a student cannot effectively communicate in Chinese, then such traditional teaching methods does not serve the purpose. Today Chinese education requires students to communicate. Teachers also need to express the meaning of Chinese words in Chinese. However, since the students' Chinese vocabulary is limited, teachers may take some effective measures to support teaching in Chinese. Body language can help teacher to explain the meaning of a word effectively. Body language can also help students to thoroughly understand and memorize a word. With the development of Chinese education,the communication between teachers and students is becoming more and more important.The use of body language can support teaching and help teachers get better teaching results.This paper is dived into 5 Chapters: Chapter ?: It is discusses the prime reasons as to why the author chose this topic to write a paper on. It focuses on the practicality and importance of the paper. Chapter ?: It introduces the concept of body language. There are many ways to understand body language. In this chapter, the author will explain the definition of body language and the understanding of body language as per this paper.Chapter ?: It explains the application of body language in teaching. The author systematically explains the usage of each noun, verb, adjective and pronouns. Chapter ?: It analyzes the use of body language as a medium in teaching. It dialectically analyzes the effect of using body language in the teaching of the new HSK1 vocabulary for India students.It will be a comprehensive assessment of this teaching method. Chapter ?: It is the last chapter of the whole thesis. It sums up the whole paper.
