With the operation of the Silk Road, the establishment of the Asian Investment Bank and implementation of the initiative of "Belt and Road Initiative", China has stepped up its international cooperation and exchanges with other countries. Thus, the interpretation in those international business meetings is of great importance, especially when it is related to company culture, including its history, products and services, system and even its employees.Based on interpretation of a business visit to Wahaha Group made by international officials from the 2016 Seminar on Economic Globalization and China's Manufacturing Experience for Developing Countries, this paper will analyze the difficulties met in this interpretation service. However, there are some obstacles: firstly, unable to interpret its diversified products ;secondly, have troubles in taking notes ,thus the unclear notes leads to confusion when interpreting; thirdly, barely have enough words especially terminologies to interpret original sentences whereas simple and equivalent words are used. All those impediments can be attributed to following causes such as: insufficient knowledge about a targeted company; inadequate note-taking skills and a lack of terminology. On the basis of the practical experience and the guidance of the interpretive theory as well as the cultural factor, some proposals are suggested at last, including optimizing notes, being prepared with terminology and researching background information. The reporter hopes that these problems and defects mentioned could be resolved via in-depth analysis, therefore, implementing tailored training which could facilitate subsequent interpreting efforts.
