The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between stressors,coping styles and interpersonal harmony of college students with left behind experience,and to focus on the orientation of psychological counseling,to optimize their coping style and to promote the harmony of college students with left behind experience.1017 college students in Wuhu,Lu’an,Hefei,Chuzhou,Ganzhou and other universities as the research object,of which left behind experienced college students of 424 people.The questionnaire was used to investigate the stressors,coping styles and interpersonal relationships of College students.Solution-focused Group Counseling,remaining of the low level of interpersonal harmony through the intervention of the college students for two months.Finally,the experimental group and the control group were evaluated by questionnaire(same as the study1).The results are as follows:1.There are significant differences in the stressors and coping styles(fantasy,retreat)and interpersonal harmony between left-behind experience college students and non-left behind students.2.The stressors of left-behind experience college students in gender,whether a child,education,left-behind start time(daily chores,internal stressors)have significant differences;in the household,left behind,the guardian types were no significant difference.3.The coping style of left-behind experience college students in gender,educational background,types of left behind(help,fantasy,retreat),the starting time,the guardian type left behind(retreat and rationalization)were significantly different;in the household,whether the child had no significant difference.4.There are significant differences in the gender,household registration,education,and the type of guardian of left-behind experience college students.There is no significant difference in whether they are the only child,the type of left behind and the time of staying behind5.Stress sources and coping styles of left-behind experience college students are significantly related to interpersonal harmony.Stressors can predict interpersonal harmony,life events and external stressors.They can solve problems and blame,ask for help,imagine and retreat,and predict interpersonal harmony6.The six coping styles have some mediating effects on left behind experiences,college students’ stressors and interpersonal harmony.7.Solution-focused Group Counseling of left-behind experience college students coping styles and interpersonal harmony have improved significantly. |
