Mobile phone addiction,time management disposition and boredom is closely related to the lives of college students and has become a new research in the field of non substance addiction. However, the relationship between the three is limit, so it is important to define the relationship between the three. The relationship can explore the mechanism of time management disposition and boredom on mobile phone addiction, to provide reference for further prevention and intervention on the mobile phone.This study select revision of the mobile phone addiction scale by Jie Xiong, Zongkui Zhou (2012),boredom proneness scale Shihua Huang revised and time management disposition of the revised scale Xiting Huang (2010) revised, This research recruited 600 college students from Harbin, and Got A sample of 527 people. Statistics were analyzed by SPSS 18.0, and the corresponding model was established through Amos. Conclusions are as follows:(1)College students' overall mobile phone addiction was at a moderate level.(2)College students' time management disposition, boredom and mobile phone have significant differences in demography variables dependence.(3)There are significant correlation among College Students' boredom, time management disposition and the mobile phone addiction.(4)College students' time management disposition and boredom can predict the mobile phone addiction, in which time management efficiency has not completely significant mediating effect between the external stimulus and the mobile phone addiction, time management efficiency has a completely mediating role between internal stimulation and mobile phone addiction.
