Yu Liangneng(1119-?),named ShuQi,with another name xiangshan householder or Mr Golden Garden,was born in YiWu city which belongs to Zhejiang Province today.He is a famous poet resurgence parnassus in Southern Song.Yu Liangneng was born in a poor family in Yiwu city,his parents own noble and decent conduct,his five brothers are all pass civil examinations.He kept company with Lu Zuqian?Wang Shipeng?Yang Wanli and Cheng liang.Yu Liangneng has created plenty of works,including XiangShan Anthology,Loyalty Legend,Confucian Classics Handouts,Family cleaned Edition and so on?But his current surviving is only XiangShan Anthology,academic circles pay the less attention to Yu Liangneng,the research has mainly focused on his poetic style,pay the lessattention to Yu Liangneng' s work.The paper makes effort to sort Yu Liangneng's life,family history,the situation of making friends as well as the characteristics of his poems,then goes further to make annotation for XiangShan Anthology,in order to make up for the deficiency of the present research.In preface,it shows that the research status and significance of xiangshan Anthology.Thesis part is divided into four chapters altogether,The first chapter introduces YuLiangneng' s family and life,The first section mainly based on the local Chronicles,family tree and relevant historical data to research YuLiangneng' s family members included his father YuBaoguan,his mother HuangJingde,his brother YuLiangyi,YuLiangcai,YuLiangxian,YuLiangbi.The second section based on time sequence to research YuLiangneng' s life and official.The secondchapter research YuLiangnneng' s friendship,he had extensive intercourse,Outside for official many times and everywhere to meet colleagues and friends are all remain antiphon and
