Urban subway is the main content of urban rail transit,because of its savings on the ground space,fast,safe,environmental protection,carrying capacity,punctual and efficient,low cost of travel,and ease the pressure of urban traffic congestion,etc.,has become today's public choice One of the most popular modes of public transport.Metro system occupies the entire huge underground space,both the city is an important transport system,but also to promote the city image of the window,as the city's second space,to create the city subway brand image design is very critical.Select this research topic,is in the "Jinan City Urban Rail Transit construction planning and network planning" under the understanding,combined with the professional learning and practice,for graduation creation.With the accelerated construction of urbanization in China,the national subway construction project gradually warming,but also for the field of visual image design research has brought space.Due to the particularity of rail transit and the content involved,it has become a hot topic in the design industry.There are more and more examples of research and practice on the visual image and identification design of metro.But the real form of systemic and typical meaning of the case is rare.This also shows the urgent need to further deepen and explore.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter introduces the background and reason of the choice of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,as well as the methods and preliminary research contents in the research and practice.Through pre-research,for the late practice to do pave the way.The second chapter is based on pre-research,in-depth study and understanding of urban rail transit visual image design features and significance.Which lists a few classic design analysis,such as the centuries-old British London subway image design,Beijing subway visual image design,Hong Kong subway visual image design,Guangzhou subway visual image design.Analyze the image design features and significance of the examples,and summarize the experience.The third chapter is devoted to the design of Jinan subway brand image.To understand the Jinan regional cultural characteristics,historical background,the local characteristics of the refined into a symbol,to create the city's second space both to give people the impression of Jinan,but also through the symbol of Jinan subway brand image.The fourth chapter is the practice of Jinan subway image design practice.This chapter describes and summarizes the design practice process.It introduces the mark,font,color,auxiliary graphics,propaganda and extension design in Jinan subway visual image design,and it is also an important part of graduation creation.I am interested in the current status and problems of the design of the subway image,since the question,belonging to the application design category,the purpose is to study the visual design based on urban rail transit how to highlight the geographical characteristics,as well as enhance the image recognition,and humane embodiment.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the multi-elements such as city form,business,history and scenic spots,this paper studies and explores the characteristics and functions of the visual image of urban rail transit,and aims to combine the travel space of the underground people with the regional characteristics and create the whole of the city Image and cultural style,to create the second space of the city,and through the design practice validation,the purpose is to provide a meaningful reference for rail transit design and generate positive significance.
