In the global rapid development of technology today,the media industry competition is more and more big,more and more media form into people's life,in the form of media industry are becoming diverse.Animation industry as emerging industry of our country in recent years,especially as China's media workers favor to promote the level of Chinese film and television industry.Just the developed countries in the world,in recent years,the development of animation industry is particularly fast,but our country animation industry development lags behind,the anime in gradually reduce the number of companies,it's for anime company internal system have higher requirements.Of course,each enterprise has different reasons,or because the capital problems,or because of decision-making errors,or because of the lack of talent,etc.,but taken together,these problems ultimately enterprise internal control system is not sound.Internal control level is high,the enterprise is strong;Low level of internal control,the enterprise is weak,if an enterprise without establishing internal control system,the enterprise.Therefore,establishing and perfecting enterprise internal control system becomes a hot topic and the research object.Based on its dimension information co.,LTD.,the internal control system as the research project,to evaluate the company internal control research.This article through consulting a large number of literature,according to the characteristics of the internal control,proposed the research project evaluation index should be priced,by way of questionnaire to collect data,and by using principal component analysis(pca)filter,using SPSS factor analysis method of data analysis,judgement index of reliability,finally select 15 evaluation index system,build the project evaluation system.Combination of factor analysis to determine the index weight,and then to FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,USES the maximum membership degree principle and weighted average principle to rectify the result,if the end result is consistent,effective project evaluation system,the enterprise internal control and the sense of sustainable development,and accordingly put forward the corresponding suggestions.
