Junior high school stage is a critical period of healthy growth of students,students in adolescence not only to face the psychological and physiological changes in the sharp,have to face some of the pressure on the community,dealing with the psychological problems are very easy.The relationship between teachers and students is a very important aspect of mental health of junior high school students,it has always been a hot topic in the field of psychology and education.In addition,the physical and psychological changes in the junior middle school students make them have poor school adaptability,and the relationship between teachers and students is influential to the students' adaptation.Academic achievement as the most direct form of learning for junior high school students,but also more and more by the parents of students,teachers,schools and even social attention,it will also be affected by teacher-student relationship.Therefore,this study takes junior high school students as the research object,and explores the relationship between teacher-student relationship,academic achievement and school adaptability.In this study,the questionnaire survey,"junior high school students teacher-student relationship questionnaire","academic achievement self-evaluation","school social behavior scale" as a research tool to Anhui Province,Maanshan City,Wuhu City,four schools of 1000 This study explores the status of teacher-student relationship,academic achievement and school adaptation of junior high school students,as well as the relationship between junior and middle school teachers and students,academic achievement,school adaptability in grade,school year and so on.In thispaper,Gender and other differences between the three and the relationship between the three.And based on the results of the analysis put forward some constructive comments.Specific research results show that:1.junior high school students and teachers in the middle level.The relationship between teacher and student in junior high school students is significant in terms of gender,grade,whether it is class cadre,and household registration.2.junior high school students in the overall level of academic achievement is higher.Junior high school students in the academic achievement in gender,grade,whether the class cadres,household registration differences.3.junior high school students in the school overall good.Junior high school students to adapt to both in terms of gender,grade or is not a class cadre,household registration are different.4.junior high school students and students relations,academic achievement,the school to adapt to two related.There is a positive correlation between the degree of intimacy,the degree of attachment,the degree of attachment and the academic achievement,and the school adaptability.The avoidance dimension,the conflict dimension are negatively related to the academic achievement and the school adaptability;the social competence dimension and the academic achievement of the junior high school students' adaptation Positive correlation,school adaptation of anti-social behavior dimension and academic achievement is negatively related;academic achievement in teacher-student relationship and school adaptation play a completely intermediary role.
