Collection And Study About Official Documents In The Ming Dynasty's Tipao

"Zhuang","bao","dilizhuang","chaobao","tangbao","dichao","paibao" in ancient society are called by a joint name--tipao,it is the document copies and the political information in the process of known affairs in the ancient china government.Its content mainly includes the emperor's daily life,words and deeds,imperial edicts and sealed,the country's major decisions,laws,decrees,ding,officer's appointment,dismissal,selection,praise and demean,official chapter and so on,tipao also published some social news,military affairs and education,etc.Official documents are words that have political effect published by the government.According to the record of pioneer historical literature collection in our country--Shang Shu,the specific document appeared in the zhou dynasty,mainly includes "dian","mo","xun","gao","shi","ming".Since then,china's ancient official document formally entered the historical stage,and evolved into the current document,continue to play an irreplaceable role in the field of administrative management,etc.In the history of Chinese journalism,tipao is considered to be the earliest newspapers.the research achievements about tipao are mostly focused on its journalism value,such as the "Journalism History Of Song Dynasty" written by Zhu Chuanyu and China's Ming Dynasty History Of Journalism written by Yin Yungong.There are also some articles that study tipao from ancient archives' publish and political communication.However,the official documents as the most important content in tipao are often ignored,so far,there are not some articles or books that collection and study the official documents in tipao specially.Therefore,the writer choose this new angle to interpret tipao,thin as a shallow attempt.Tipao was created in the tang dynasty,developed in the song dynasty,prosperity in the ming dynasty,extincted in the end of qing dynasty.There are many materials about tipao,but most of them are single,limited by ability,the writer cannot collect all of them to research.Wanli Note and Hongguang Note are transcripts of the ming dynasty's tipao of wanli and hongguang,content is relatively complete,in addition,tipao is prosperity in the ming dynasty,so we choose them to be the objects of study.This article divided into four parts:introduction,text,conclusion and appendix.Introduction:in this part,the writer mainly introduced the course of this topic,research status,research significance and research methods.The course of topic is in order to make reader know the original intention of the writer;research status is meant to induct and reorganize the existing results about tipao,finding a new angle to study the tipao,digesting these results to lay a theoretical basis for this study;research significance interprets the value of this study from all sides;finally,the writer explain the research methods of this article,proper materials and scientific methods can come to the reasonable and effective conclusion.The body part is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is the arrangement of the article,introducing the two mainly nouns--tipao and official document.The part of tipao discusses the concept of tipao,the develop history of tipao,the existing original copies of tipao and the relationship between tipao and current political newspapers;the part of official document discusses it's concept,species and characteristics.The second chapter is the collection.the writer gives a short introduction to the study object--Wanli Note and Hongguang Note,sorting and statistical the official documents in Wanli Note and Hongguang Note systematically.Then,the writer makes a simple analysis about the sorting result.The third chapter is the study.the writer research the official documents in Wanli Note and Hongguang Note from content,form,journalism,learning the political situation of wanli from the coushu of Wanli Note,the values and defects of official documents in ming dynasty,etc.The conclusion is a summarize of the article,expounding the innovation point again,indicating the convenience that this study provides to the later researchers,at the same time,analyzing some deficiencies in the process of research and writing.In the part of appendix,the writer collected some copy pictures of tipao,to make the reader get a general understanding about tipao.
