The Social creativity was defined as the creativity that arises in social interactions or social activity. Specifically, it refers to the individual characteristics that a person use to solve social problems in original, unique, and appropriate ways (Gu,2011). A large portion of creativity research has been devoted to the study of the effect of social environments on the individual's creativity. Among others, variables such as family size,birth-order, parenting and schooling style, extra-curricular activities, cultural background and SES have been identified as potential predictors of individual differences in creativity (Lubart, Mouchiroud, Tordjman, & Zenasni, 2003).The main purpose of this research has investigated the effect of socioeconomic status and parenting behavior on the social creativity of children in Mali. In Africa and specifically in Mali, the social creativity of children was not taken into account in the educational system as a factor of academic success, social integration, and economic and social development. It was on the basis of this problem that I decided to study this topic in order to induce the political decision-makers of my country to improve the social creativity which is the basis of all development. However, this study should also enable decision-makers to make decisions to promote the education of children who's the socioeconomic status conditions of the family are very low.The questionnaire included the items which reflect children's typical social problems they faced in their daily life, and which were used in the relevant research(Gu, Zhang, Hsueh, & Hu, 2014). For the parenting behavior scale(S-EMBU) this questionnaire was developed by Arrindel, Sanavio, Aguilar, et al.(1999). Data analyses were conducted by using the statistical package for social Science, SPSS 17.0.The participants in this study were in primary school they were aged 9, 10, 11 years. Focus on 4th degree, 5th degree ,6th degree totaled at 267 Malian children's. In 4the degree, there were 83 children's 30 boys and 53 girls, in 5th degree 92 children's 30 boys and 62 girls,in 6th degree 92 Children's 43 boys and 49 girls. They were selected from two primary schools. All of the participants lived in the city they were all in public schools. The living conditions of the families were different according to the socioeconomic status of their families. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences of scores of social creativity, parents' warmth's, protections, and rejections 4th grades was significantly lower scores than 5th grades and, 5th grades also was lower than 6th grades. The social creativity of children was significantly determined by home income, and there was a correlation between several variables parents' warmth's,protections, and rejections.I found that the grades and the father rejection could significantly and positively predict the social creativity of children's in Mali. The socioeconomic status, parenting behaviors, age were very determinants in the social creativity of children in Mali.
