The Valuation Of Film And Television Media Enterprises Based On Monte Carlo Simulation

With the rapid development of film and television media companies,People for the film and television media enterprises to assess the accuracy requirements are getting higher and higher,then the uncertainty will be taken into account.However,the income approach commonly used in the valuation of the value of the film and television media business mainly involves three parameters,about income,the profit term and the discount rate,and does not take into account the uncertainties in the changing environment.The valuation is the point estimate.Uncertainty can be described by the theory of probability statistics,and the probability distribution of the relevant variables can be obtained by analyzing historical datum.In this paper,Monte Carlo simulation is used to explore the quantitative description of uncertainty in the valuation of the value of film and television media enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the importance of valuation of film and television media enterprises based on Monte Carlo simulation.On this basis,we understand the film and television media industry from the definition,the plus and minus factors of industry,industry status and valuation methods.Chapter 3 analyzes parameters of cash flow discount model and influencing factors of uncertainty.From the Monte Carlo simulation overview,model design,random sampling,simulation of the number of selection and simulation results of the Monte Carlo simulation,the detailed process of the Monte Carlo simulation improved income method is introduced.In the fifth chapter,the traditional income method and the profit method based on Monte Carlo simulation are used to evaluate the value of the HC film and television media enterprises,then we can get the conclusion from compare results.In a word,Monte Carlo simulation with MATLAB in this paper can improve the accuracy of the simulation.The assessment of film and television media enterprises based on Monte Carlo simulation provides us with a more objective and reasonable valuation method.
