| Under the new situation,China’s economic development is becoming stable,but the "new normal" and the diversified competition in the market are becoming increasingly obvious.The employment demand of highly educated,professional and technical,the employment concept of stabilization and liberalization,unequal labor on employment relations gave birth to a variety of employment model,enterprises choose to use atypical mode of labor to enhance the employment flexibility and low cost,of which dispatching employment mode is the most extensive.Dispatched employment refers to the temporary employees sign employment contracts to dispatched agencies,provide labor and services under the supervision and management in the client institutions,dispatched agencies provide the appropriate type of staff based on the working hours,quantity,skills and other needs to the client.And these groups will show a different level of awareness on their own identity,whether as the "insiders" will be an important factor to influence dispatched work hard.When the enterprises suffered a crisis,attitude of the temporary staff and behavior will produce different performance.And the different degrees of organizational commitment will be effect moral attitudes and behavior,and enterprises performance is also the other important factors affecting the staff organizational behavior and moral decision-making.Based on this,the article mainly explore relationship between the identity perception and the moral decision of the group in the dispatch system,and provides theoretical support to enterprise management decision.This article includes two studies,one of which is the revision of the MEP scale compiled by foreign scholar.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to examine the cultural adaptability,and according to the analysis,finally identified as 19 questions for formal application,which show a good reliability and validity.In the second study,450 dispatching employees were selected from Tianjin and Shanxi,the questionnaire was unified compiled "perceived insider status scale""managerial ethical profile scale"(MEP)and "Dual Organizational Commitment scale" "corporate social responsibility scale"(CSR)to analyze the relationship between the insider’s awareness of the dispatched employees and moral decision-making,and the role of dual organizational commitment and corporate social responsibility.Research results:(1)There is a positive correlation between the insider identity perception and the moral decision of the dispatched employees;(2)The dual organization’s commitment and the organizational commitment to enterprises have a mediating role between insider identity perception and moral decision-making;(3)The corporate social responsibility perception of dispatched employees has significant moderating affection on the insider perception and ethical decision-making,but the mediating effect is not significant.Conclusions:(1)The insider identity perception of dispatched employees has a significant positive predictive effect on moral decision-making;(2)The dual organization has a partial mediating role in the insider identity perception and ethical decision-making.The organization commitment to the enterprises has a partial mediating role in the insider identity perception and ethical decision-making;(3)The corporate social responsibility perception has a positive moderating role between insider identity perception and moral decision-making. |
