White Beer Plain is a lyric opera of Cheng Dazhao which is adapted from the same name novel of Chen Zhongshi.Xiao-E Tian is the heroine in this realistic work.This paper makes elaboration of composer,writing background and the synopsis of Whit Deer Plain,and also makes a detailed analysis of selection Father,Am I Damn to Die from the perspectives of the image-shaping and singing skills.In this paper,the author selects the image of Xiao-E to analyze character and the style of singing,so as to construct a relatively complete image of Xiao-E.The paper also carries on the detailed analysis of the singing in aria Father,Am I Damn to Die.After the discussion,we can basically master the character and image of Xiao-E,providing a realistic and theoretical basis for the better performance of Xiao-E.
