With the concern of Chinese lovers about Chinese culture aroused by the"Chinese fever",cultural teaching of Confucius Institute is also in its full swing abroad,and it's very popular.In addition to the traditional cultural knowledge,some cultural teaching began to gradually focus on the students' self experience in recent years,and began to focus on some skills to learn.These individual experience,intuitions,skills are "tacit knowledge" that put forward by the British philosopher Polanyi."Tacit knowledge" is often hidden behind people's daily behavior and easily overlooked.However,once the tacit knowledge is consciously explored and effectively utilized,it will be of great significance in the process of human cognitive process and explicit knowledge learning.This theory has aroused great concern in academia.Experts from various fields have studied their ideological connotation from different perspectives.With the deepening of their research,the educational implication has been found and explored in theory and practice in more and more disciplines.Therefore,this article tries to study the cultural teaching of Dongseo University Confucius Institute from the perspective of Polanyi's tacit understanding.First of all,this paper proves the necessity of using the tacit principle in the culture teaching of Confucius Institute from the following aspects:the effect of the teachers' original tacit knowledge on the teaching theory in the process of cultural teaching,the internalization of students' inherent tacit knowledge in the learning process and the educational value of the tacit principle.Secondly,the "two kinds of consciousness","three combinations" of tacit knowledge and the dynamic cognitive process of the"from-to" are consistent with the goal of cultural teaching of Confucius Institute.In terms of situation,culture and level,there are many similarities between tacit knowledge and the cultural teaching of Confucius Institute.This makes it possible to apply tacit knowledge to the cultural teaching of Confucius Institute.On this basis,the author further explores the cultural teaching of the Confucius Institute in Dongseo University by using the investigation method and the interview method,and than analyzes the practical application of the tacit principle in the cultural teaching.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,this paper re-examines the current cultural teaching of the Confucius Institute,than put forward some suggestions on the practical problems and the application of the tacit theory and the way of dominance.This is expected to bring some new changes to the development of cultural teaching in Confucius Institutes.After nearly a decade of accumulation,the curriculum system of Dongseo University has gradually perfected and formed its own characteristics.It has its own development advantages.However,in the aspects of teachers' tacit knowledge utilization,the construction of cultural teaching level,etc.There is still a large room for improvement.Based on this,this paper mainly solves the following problems:how to maximize the impact of teachers' and students' tacit knowledge on the culture learning,what strategies should be adopted to show the tacit knowledge in cultural teaching?This study points out that it should be 'based on the development of cultural teaching in Confucius Institute,aiming at enhancing the effect of cultural learning.And than construct the cultural teaching from the following aspects:Confucius Institute should strengthen their self-construction to provide a powerful support for the dominance of the tacit knowledge,teachers should reflect on and learn from others,constantly update their tacit knowledge and share it,students should reinforce experience to wake up tacit knowledge...
