The Study On The Poems Wang Zhenbai At The End Of The Tang Dynasty

Wang Zhenbai,whose style name was youdao,was born in shangrao,xinzhou(now in Guang Feng,jiangxi),in his early years,he studied in Bai Ludong academy which was located on the south of Five-Elders Ridge in Lushan,Jiangxi.He went in for an examination in the capital of Tang dynasty after that and became a successful candidate in the highest imerial examination in the second year of Qianning’s reign(AD 895)jinshi first,fortunately,he was appointed as Royal correction officer.However,corrupt politics,frequent war,and the darkness of the society made him disoppointed,finally he retreated and wrote books,no longer be an official,finally died in his hometown.Though Wang Zhenbai was famous for poem,he didn’t get the attention which should be deserved.This paper will focus on predecessors’ research results,I will do the further data collection,trying to finish a comprehensive research to Wang Zhenbai by the combination of textual interpretation of his poems and himself.It will help to make up the blank in this academic ircles.This article is divided into two parts,The first part mainly discusses Wang Zhenbai and his poetry,it is divided into three chapters: The first chapter is mainly on historical discrimination in his birth year,place of origin,the official calendar,making a further study;the second chapter is mainly on sorting out Wang Zhenbai’s poetry.Firstly,I will investigate the version of his poetry;Secondly,I will collect the poems spreading on the internet.At last,I will identify the controversial poems based on 《the whole potry garbled test》written by Tong Peiji.The third chapter I mainly analyzes the poetry text,and expounds the ideological content and artistic features.In terms of ideological content,including frontier poems,object-chanting poems,valedic tory poems,in order to clear Wang Zhenbai’s affectionate and mentality value orientation,On the artistic characteristics,it mainly includes two aspects: the poetry style and expression,his poetry shows elegant and leisure.I will focuses on calligraphy,allusions and law to discuss his rules,meanwhile,try to restore the Wang Zhenbai poetry style.The second part is the annotations of Wang Zhenbai’s poems.This is a detailed proof of his poetry based on the existing version,and the words in the poems,allusions and other notes,should be detailed and clear,in order to provide a reference for the researcher on the text.
