With the improvement of the overall level of international sports and dance rules,Latin dance becomes one of the most skillful and wonderful sports.Make sure the physical fitness meet the special requirements,there are a wide variety of fields should be improved,such as artistic expression,completeness of element of difficulty,and beauty of human movement expression.Regular use of ballet basic training as an auxiliary practice way to Latin dance,can optimize the external form of students,improve physical fitness to meet the special development needs.However the lack of artistic expression limits enhancement of professional skills for students in Latin dance.Moreover,the overall improvement of the technical level of Chinese teenagers' Latin dance denotes that it is significant to find more optimized auxiliary training methods to promote the physical quality to meet the specific needs,improve the professional achievement and training effect.Modern dance basic training is based on the principles of human mechanics to design,can maximize the optimization of external body shape,through scientific training to improve physical fitness,such as strength,speed,endurance,sensitivity,flexibility,to meet the special development needs.This paper introduces the modern dance basic training into the Latin dance class,in order to provide the theoretical reference for enriching the teaching content and improving the training effect.This paper selects 40 female students of 12-16 years old in Latin dance club as the research object,divided into the experimental group and the control group for 16 weeks of modern dance basic and ballet body training contrastive teaching experiment.The consequence of how modern dance basic training impacts on Latin dance is discussed by comparing the body shape,physical quality and competition results of singles or couples throughout the entire experiment.The training effect is evaluated according to the criteria of the ?National Student Physical Health Standard? and the CBDF,and spss20.0 statistical software is utilized for analyzing experimental data.Results:1.The skin fold thickness of scapular of the control group is decreased from 9.32 cm to 9.06 cm before and after the experiment,P <0.05,and there is significant difference.2.Physical fitness: The sit and reach of the control group is decreased from 7.08 cm to 5.81 cm,heart rate is decreased from 180/1min to 177/1min,1min eye-closed and single-legged standing is increased from 30.10 s to 32.00 s,1min sit-ups is increased from 26.55 to 29.65,1min cross-jump is increased from 35.15 to 37.40,number of laps of flat turn is increased from 6.30 to 7.40,standing broad jump is increased from 155.3cm to 157.9cm.There are significant differences both on the heart rate and number of laps of flat turn,P <0.05.There are more significant differences between on the sit and reach,1min eye-closed and single-legged standing,1min sit-ups,1min cross-jump,standing broad jump five indicators,P <0.01.3.Latin dance results of singles: Music rhythm,personal style,footwork,facial expressions,body rhythm five technical indicators improve obviously(P<0.05),there are significant differences.Technical skills,action convergence,head and hands coordination,hip-knee and ankle control four technical indicators improve obviously(P<0.01),there are more significant differences.4.Latin dance results of couples: Lead and follow,body extension,dance style,completeness four technical indicators improve obviously(P < 0.05).Distance,orientation,action and music,dance posture four technical indicators improve obviously(P<0.01),there are more significant differences.Conclusion:1.The effect of how modern dance basic training impacts on Latin dance students' body shape is manifested in the skin fold thickness of scapular,and there is significant difference before and after the experiment.The thickness is obviously reduced,which is statistically significant.2.The seven physical quality scores of Latin dance students have improved significantly by modern dance basic training,such as lower limbs flexibility,legs power,balance ability,core ability of waist and abdomen,lower limbs coordination,cardio respiratory endurance and rotational ability,in which the first five indicators have more significant effects.3.There are obviously improvements for Latin dance students by modern dance basic training in singles and doubles basic skills,artistic expression and on-site ability.
