March 2014,LETV sports culture industry development(Beijing)Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Le Sports)was formally established in LETV sports channel,by the video media sites of single business form,for the development of sports ecological whole industry chain,to event operations,content platform,intelligent business and Internet application services as the core speeding up,seize the online and offline sports user entrance,cultivation and promotion of consumer behavior Chinese sports industry.May 13,2015,Le Sports 800 million yuan to complete the A and A+ round of financing,the company valued at 2.8 million.April 12,2016,Le Sports completed 8 billion Yuan B round of financing,the company valued at 21.5 billion YuanSince the convening of the eighteen party,China's sports industry has entered a new stage of development.In October 2014,the State Council issued document No.forty-sixth "on accelerating the development of the sports industry to promote a number of opinions" of sports consumption and sports industry will rise to the national strategy,its core is to actively expand and sports service supply of sports products,sports industry has become an important pillar of economic transformation and upgrading,accelerate the construction of sports power,and continuously meet the people's growing demand for sports.Thanks to the good macro policy environment,the sports industry has become a sunrise industry,it is in this environment in Chinese sports a large number of companies emerged,2015 from the industrial chain position,the core content of copyright to human resources are fast layout,but in the capital influx of sports industry under the situation,how the final out of a a sustainable business development path,is the biggest problem facing the Le Sports.In the face of competition in the industry as a whole,Le Sports how to maintain the leading role of the industry,and continuous development and innovation and the company's strategy is closely related to the depth of the development of Le Sports strategy.This paper mainly studies the method of qualitative analysis,through the study of the form of depth interviews,field research,literature summarization,research,obtain first-hand and second-hand data,the analysis of macro environment and industry environment,competitive environment and other aspects of the situation analysis.The management model of PEST model and SWOT analysis,the Le Sports company for the actual strategic objectives should be strategic implementation measures,to fine operation of copyrighted content in the domestic part of strategy,build sports one-stop service platform,relying on Le Sports as part of the foreign strategic resources of each subsidiary holdings a preliminary strategy of globalization.For the same kind of company to develop the development strategy to provide examples of reference,and enrich the characteristics of management in the study of Internet company strategy.Focus on Le Sports as the company's corporate resources allocation direction,as the next step to help the development of Le Sports.
