With the development of bilingual education career in XinJiang,more and more minority compatriots try to study Chinese.Through the analysis of the data in hand and the actual situation in XinJiang area,we found that there exists differences of ethnic Chinese learning between the same nation and area.The differences between different ethnic and region is bigger than the same ethnic and region.Because of this reason,it is very necessary to research the situation about minority individual Chinese learning.By reading a large number of literature,this article knows the related content about the individual language skill investment in linguistic economics.At the same time,this article studies the investment of individual Chinese learning about XinJiang Kazak college students by using questionnaire survey and depth-interview method.By collecting and analyzing the data,we summed up the present situation,influence factors and existing problems about the investment of individual Chinese learning of XinJiang Kazak college students.In view of the problems,the corresponding countermeasures can be proposed.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first part expounds the research background,purpose and significance of this article.At the same time,this part introduces the relevant theoretical basis.The second part selected Yili University as samples,gave out 512 questionnaires,and took back 476 questionnaires,of which 421 questionnaires was valid.First of all,by collecting the questionnaires information,this part makes a detailed introduction of the basic situation,which includes gender,grade,subject major and family source.In the second place,this part also analyses the investment motivation,cost input,investment income of the respondents on Chinese learning.Eventually,the paper makes a comparative analysis about the cost input and the income.The third part discusses the main factors influencing the investment in Chinese learning about Xinjiang Kazak college students.The main factors was divided into five aspects,that is national policy,language environment,school education,family background and personal factors.The forth part summarizes the problems in the investment of individual Chinese learning about Xinjiang Kazak college students.These problems reflected in the overall low input costs,big difference between urban and rural areas,disjoint of students’ thoughts and behavior,separation of investment effect.This part also discusses the cause of the problems.The fifth part combined with the specific factors such as national policy,school education,family background,puts forwards suggestions for the improvement of the result of the investment of individual Chinese learning of Xinjiang Kazak college students.The sixth part is conclusion,this part summarizes the whole essay,and points out the shortcomings.
