The Research Of Mistranslation Of Official Documents And Its Punishment—under The Perspective Of Eco-translatology

As a new research paradigm,eco-translatology provides a new interdisciplinary perspective for translation theory and practice.In the theory of eco-translation,as the core concept of adaptation and choice of translation,"subsequent punishment" has played an important guiding role in improving the translator level,the raising the accuracy of translation,purifying the translation market environment.As a common phenomenon of mistranslation,the mistranslation of official documents is prevalent in translation practice,however,there are faults in the process of mistranslation in different fields,and there is no good deal with the influence of different factors on mistranslation,which leads to the continuation of error factors,further inhibiting the improvement of translation quality.Aiming at the influence of different factors on the mistranslation of official documents,this paper analyzes the attribution of document mistranslation and the types of mistranslation from the perspective of eco-translatology.This paper summarizes the factors that lead to mistranslation,through the case analysis method to punish all the participating elements in the "false-translation responsibility punishment".In the process of punishment,the author analyzes and summarizes each link of the mistranslation,and finally makes the "false-translation responsibility punishment mechanism".According to the above text logic,this article divides text into three parts,from the theory of eco-translatology,the analysis of the factors of mistranslation,the type and the case of document mistranslation,and the establishment of the "false-translation responsibility punishment mechanism" :Part one: Introduction.This part introduces the research background and reason of this thesis,sums up "eco-translatology","subsequent punishment ",Research status and trends of mistranslation,through the research method summary,finally summarizes the innovative points.Second part is divided into four chapters and explains ecological theory of translation,document translation and type analysis,the establishment of false-translation responsibility punishment mechanism.Chapter ?: Introduction to the theory of eco-translation.It mainly introduces eco-translatology,mistranslation,"subsequent punishment" theory.Chapter ?: Factor analysis of official document mistranslation from the perspective of eco-translatology.It analyses factors that lead to mistranslation of official documents,through three angles: the subject and object environment,reader and translation critic.Chapter ?: Analysis of types of mistranslation in official document.In this chapter,it analyses the types of mistranslation in official documents,from the dimension of language use,cultural shift dimension,and the feelings and effectiveness sharing.Chapter ?: The establishment of false-translation responsibility punishment and mechanism.This chapter analyses real subsequent punishment cases of mistranslation in official document,from the political,economic,cultural and artl,militaryl aspect,and developed subsequent punishment mechanism by summarizing those cases.Part three: Conclusion.This part is a review and summary of the whole article,discussesresearch results and significance,proposes innovative points,and concluded the regrets and deficiencies of the paper.To sum up,this paper analyzed factors and types of official documents mistranslation using related theory of eco-translatology,further clears "responsibility punishment" object,through example and analysis method,analyzes the practical cases of official documents mistranslation thus elicits the necessity of the establishment of "false-translation responsibility punishment mechanism" :(1)purify the translation market environment,upgrade translation quality,improve translation level of translators;(2)provide theory support for "one belt,one road" Silk Road cultural standardized construction in the Xinjiang translation market.I hope that "false-translation responsibility punishment mechanism" will contribute to the practical application of the eco-translatology theory,and complement the relevant theories of eco-translatology studies.
