| With the rapid development of knowledge economy and the coming of leisure time,cultural and creative industries will become an important impetus for the world economic development in the future.From the national perspective,the government of our country put forward clearly that we must vigorously develop the cultural industry many times in recent years.The development of cultural industry has become an important annulus of China’s national strategy.In this paper,based on the history and development perspective,based on problem-oriented thinking,theory with practical methodology to study how the development of cultural and creative industries grow Shenzhen Longgang District,for the relevant decision makers.First,from the cultural and creative industries related mechanisms,government programs incentive theory and the theory of sequential expansion 3T for later analysis theory and practice were made bedding.Followed by detailed data and information studies show the Shenzhen Longgang District of cultural and creative industries development status and development characteristics,and other districts and Shenzhen cultural and creative industries were compared,results in Longgang district cultural and creative industries have some industrial base,superior urban environment,ample space for development,however,the low end of the industrial level,their strength is relatively weak.Again,the main study analyzes five key issues facing the development of cultural and creative industries,one industry gathering highlights the rapid "production integration of the city," lack of capacity,the second is the increasingly fierce industry competition environment of Longgang District,the sudden emergence of cultural and creative industries to challenge the third is the policy environment demand and industrial development are incompatible,Fourth of Talents and Talent depression effect has not yet formed,five is the cultural and creative industries in the region should be improved synergies.Then,carry out policy-making and policy implementation from the perspective of two,drawn four main reasons for the policy,one policy system is not perfect,the second is a public service platform to support the policy is not perfect,the third is the development environment and creative industrial park to be optimized four are limited financing policy enforcement.Finally,mainly from the ICIF,industrial development,supporting services,environmental construction in five aspects of Longgang District countermeasures and suggestions put forward the development of cultural and creative industries. |
