The Musical Feature Of "Hotness" In Hunan Folk Music

From the since ancient times,Hunan is described as a place where “gathered all the essence of nature and elites in the word.” Just like the old saying shows,Hunan has both extraordinary natural landscape and outstanding people.In this paper,from the roots and features of Hunan folk song,combined with the geographic and climate characteristics of Hunan,the diet culture habits,stated the “hot” of Hunan folk song unique flavor.On the one hand,from the perspective of dialect tone and melody features,analysis to “Song think love ghost” and “Wash the vegetables” as a representative of Hunan folk songs,demonstrates the writing of Hunan folk song in the lyrics,melody,or singing the way,are like chili,enthusiastic,straight into the heart.On the other hand,I myself,as a native Hunanese,combine both the comprehension of my own language expression and the cultivation and edification of Hunan culture.Moreover,I also consider the modification of the “embellished vocal”,using of the timbre,transfer and combination of registers,and the expression and pronunciation of dialects in Hunan Folk music by Hunanese singers.Then I use these four factors to analyze the singing performance.
