Huai Army,one of the important defense forces in the late Qing dynasty,occupied a pivotal position in Chinese modern history.Feixi county is one of the important origin of Huai Army.Huai Army of FeiXi district emerged a large number of famous generals,such as Liu MingChuan,Zhang ShuSheng,Zhou ShengBo.They battled fiercely,protected the country,fighted against the invaders,made indelible contributions and left a large number of precious cultural heritage for the hometown.The cultural heritage is an important cultural resource for local individuals to study the history of Huai ArmyThe author's hometown,FeiXi county township,possesses rich FeiXi Huai army cultural heritage.With the love of hometown with cultural resources,and interests in the Huai Army cultural heritage research,the author chose FeiXi Huai Army cultural heritage as the research object.Based on the literature study,the author investigated the better preservation of feixi county Huai Army cultural heritages by ready taking photos,interviewing records.Through applying the method of literature analysis and interdisciplinary analysis,and the advanced experience of other related cultural heritage protection and utilization,this article will discuss Huai Army of feixi county cultural heritage protection and utilization.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,content,purpose,methods and significance.The second part is the historical overview of Feixi Huai Army.This chapter first summarizes the development history of Huai Army.Then through the brief introduction of Huai Army generals homed in Feixi,manifests the FeiXi Huai Army generals' importance in the development of the Huai Army.The third part is FeiXi Huai Army spatial distribution and the present situation of protection of cultural heritage.In this chapter,the author introduces the typical heritage of Huai Army cultural which is preserved completely based on the investigation data.When FeiXi Huai Army generals came back their home,they built lots of houses,repaired the temple built curtilage and formed the characteristic building in anhui,JiangHuai polder fort.However,most of polder fort already dilapidated due to historical reasons.There are around seventy polder fort existing in Feixi county sucha as Liu Laowei,Zhang Laowei,Zhang Xinwei,Pan Longdun wei,Zhou Laowei and Tang Laowei.Additionally,Liu Laowei is the most typical one in all of the polder fort and is also possess complete protection and utilisation.The fourth part will introduce FeiXi Huai Army cultural heritage protection and utilization.Specifically,it will mainly discuss FeiXi Huai army using cultural heritage protection and planning.In addition,it will point out some problems in the process of protecting.Then I will provide some appropriate suggestions in terms of Feixi Huai army culitural heritage by applying the present situation,laws and regulations.The fifth part will discuss the future of FeiXi Huai Army polder fort cultural heritage protection and utilization.This chapter first discusses briefly FeiXi huai army of cultural heritage conservation and the planning,protection use,there are many problems to solve these problems,combined with peripheral related cultural heritage protection,the use of the present situation and policies and regulations,the author selected fort huai army fair as cultural heritage management level and technical protection level the two point of view,to the protection of cultural heritage the FeiXi huai army using some appropriate and feasible Suggestions.
