On Paul Ricoeur's Text-centered Theory

Paul Ricoeur,a contemporary and one of the most famous French philosopher,his research on hermeneutics in 1960 s established his own text theory.By absorbing and transforming others' successful experience,he had made his theory distinctive and combinatorial.Nowadays,in China many people have made some achivements about his research.In this thesis,the author interprets Paul's text-centered theory by discussing the philosophical shift at first.Then mainly talk about theoretical source and core concept of the text-centered theory,meanwhile,point out its significance and illumination.This thesis consists of six main parts:The first part is introduction.In this part the author tells of the biography of Paul Ricoeur,the significance and purpose of the subject,present research status at home and abroad,and the research approach and strategy.The second part is about the transition process of philosophy hermeneutics.From auther-centered theory to read-centered theory,which is a combination of previous two theories.The third part talks about the theoretical source of the text-centered theory,which is divided into four parts: The absorption of semantic ideas;The absorption and criticize of structural semiotics;hermeneutics on the basis of phenomenon;and the combination with Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis.The fourth part is about the core concept of the whole text-centered theory,which is detailed discussed from the aspects of its definition,connotation and key category.The fifth part is about the significance and illumination of the text-centered theory of Paul Ricoeur.The last part is the conclusion.
