As a new research topic in the field of emotion,mental health,At present,the study of emotion regulation self-efficacy is mainly affected by the emotion regulation self-efficacy.to just enter puberty unstable middle school students as a research object to launch is less.Therefore the junior middle school students just entering adolescence often experience more negative emotions than other ages.The period of junior high school students is the basis of the regulation of negative emotion between the family,the family emotional atmosphere,parenting style and parent-child communication and conflict processing of emotion regulation of junior high school students ability has an important influence.I chose the factors in the family parenting style this effect as the research angle,the way of family education evaluation scale and emotion regulation self-efficacy scale as research tools,By using SPSS correlation analysis to analyze the factors of junior middle school students' emotion regulation self-efficacy and family rearing patterns through the use of the correlation analysis,(1)The factors in the family parenting style this effect as the research angle(2)The influence of gender on the emotional regulation self-efficacy of junior middle school students,(3)Tunior middle school students' emotional regulation self-efficacy feel the influence of the students' grade.The expression of positive emotion dimension,grade sevene motion regulation self-efficacy were the lowest in grade eight,(4)The domestic way of family is influenced by the sex of the students,(5)junior high school students' emotional regulation self-efficacy is significantly correlated with parenting styles: emotion regulation self-efficacy with parental warmth and understanding factor score increased in the junior middle school students;parental punishment,punishment factor score increased(6)to just enter puberty unstable middle school students as a research object to launch is less.Therefore the junior middle school students just entering adolescence often experience more negative.
