| The goal of personnel training is mainly for the civil aviation industry to carry qualified professional personnel,but as market demand and personal conditions and other reasons,part of the graduates can’t enter the field of civil aviation services,including hotels,travel agencies and scenic spots.Flight attendants and tourism talent are all modern service areas.On the other hand,students in the flight attendance need to master the geographical knowledge,including Air Transport Geography,Route Geography,Chinese Tourism Geography,Urban Geography,Cultural Geography and customs knowledge.Therefore,it is an indispensable and important problem to study the role of geography/tourism curriculum teaching and the relationship between the flight attendance teaching in the training of professional talents in high vocational colleges.It proves that flight attendant professional vocational education is an effective way to improve the professional quality of flight attendants.However,due to the current college undergraduate air flight professional only hanging under the other undergraduate professional name,it can’t be an independent enrollment professional construction and development,resulting in undergraduate level flight attendant professional set up diversification,which directly affects the vocational college flight attendant professional education system awareness of the chaos and the lack of standardized construction,seriously lagging behind the service industry demand for high-quality talent.To further explore the reasons,the lack of education and teaching research should be one of the main aspects.Under the influence of this,the training of professional talents in vocational colleges,from the curriculum until the employment and occupation.This paper only focuses on the role of geography/tourism curriculum teaching in the process of training talents in vocational colleges and the relationship between them and the flight attendance teaching,which involves the curriculum system,the practical teaching system and the teachers’ team system,so as to ensure the sustainable development of air travel education.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)It clears the professional nature,cultivate the goal,the knowledge composition,the employment and the career development,and explains the necessity of the geography/tourism courses from the university;(2)From theperspective of the three major knowledge systems of professional knowledge,basic knowledge and service knowledge,it summarizes the role of geography/tourism curriculum teaching and its relationship with the flight attendance teaching: To open a number of geography/tourism courses in the basic knowledge system,Transportation Geography,Route Geography and Chinese Tourism Geography;business knowledge system in the aviation business courses and tourism courses set side by side,the hotel front office room management,travel agency management courses,both reciprocal features;service knowledge system and application tourism personnel training is closely related,service etiquette and service psychology play an important role in the development of modern service quality;service knowledge has a greater commonality,to study its teaching role and relationship has great significance;(3)For flight attendant talent training process geography/Travel curriculum and teaching needs,put forward the curriculum,practice teaching,teachers,professional qualifications and other professional construction requirements;(4)In the spirit of the responsible for the life of the educated people around the basic knowledge and skills,the initial design of the flight attendants graduate employment guidance and graduate career development plan,which focuses on the tourism field of talent employment and career development.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of fully understanding the professional development and talent training process,the domestic and foreign experience and the previous teaching research,this paper gives a comprehensive perspective on the basic nature of the flight attendance,and then understand the important role of geography / tourism curriculum and its close relationship with the flight attendance teaching;(2)Built the three major knowledge system for further teaching and construction of teachers laid the foundation and found that the three knowledge systems are geography/tourism;(3)Summarizing the connotation and essence of the training of airlift professionals,and realizing that in the training of talents,the flight attendant service and the tourism service are same.There is a close relationship between the need for geography/tourism courses on the system to build;(4)Docked by air and professional and air occupation by the relevant aspects of teaching problems and personnel training issues,proposed Air Transport Geography,Route Geographyand Chinese Tourism Geography belong to basic knowledge course,hotel lobby management,travel agency management are business knowledge courses;(5)Based on modern service industry,flight attendant service personnel training and tourism personnel training have a greater consistency.This paper will contribute to the standardization construction of geography/tourism courses in high vocational college. |
