Based on the records of Si Shu on the Bamboo and Wooden Slips Found in the pre-Qin and Qin and Han Dynasties,and combined with the literature handed down from ancient times and present research results.This paper attempts to analyze the Si Shu in detail,Summarize its connotation,and explore the channels of Si Shu ownership and the private relationship with the owners.Try my best to have a close to the fact of Si Shu.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: First of all,the introduction of the topic and the study of the status quo of Si Shu issues,that scholars have rich research results,but in some aspects of the discussion is still incomplete,there is a need and possibility for in-depth study.Chapter 1 analyzes the meaning and development of Si Shu ownership in the pre-Qin and Qin and Han Dynasties,and the population identity of Si Shu representative at this time.The interpretation of "Si" and "Shu" in the dictionary books is related to the records of "Si Shu" in the existing historical materials,which means that the Si Shu can be grouped into generalized and narrowly defined concepts;With the handed down literature,pointed out that the pre-Qin period of Si Shu mainly refers to the family members,can be attributed to a broad sense of "Si Shu";Through analysis the bamboo slips materials,we believe that the Si Shu of the Qin and Han Dynasties refers to the subordinate to the private,identity semi-free social groups;Some slaves and guests are not "Si Shu" in the name,but has a "Si Shu" real;By examining the records of the "Ao Tong" in the Qin Bamboo Slips,we think that Ao Tong may refer to the children who are housed by the owner.Chapter 2 mainly explores the channels for the realization of Si Shu relations in the Qin and Han dynasties.This part is based on the existing literature materials,through the analysis and summarization,think that there are two channels of personal and official power to achieve Si Shu relations.Official power does not only dictate Si Shu in the legal literature,and to some extent indirectly recognize the Si Shu that have been reached by private individuals;the Si Shu relations reached between individuals are more complex than official or authorized Si Shu relations.Chapter 3 discusses the relationship between the owner and the private person in the Qin and Han Dynasties.This part mainly from the legal status and the actual situation of the Si Shu to elaborate.The Si Shu stipulated by the law is more reasonable,and for the Si Shu free of charge to provide conditions;the other hand,the actual situation of the Si Shu is more complex,the owner for their own interests and need to give Si Shu benefits,Si Shu doing things for the owner to obtain the appropriate treatment and status.The last is conclusion,mainly discusses the Si Shu genus in the late Han and the Three Kingdoms period.Based on the existing literature,this paper mainly discusses the legalization of Si Shu relations under the guests name,the determination of the identity of the clan and the private hereditary(Shi Jia system)three aspects of the content.And concluded that the relationship between the Si Shu in the late Han and the Three Kingdoms period was strengthened.
