In August 26,2016,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)considered and approved the outline of "Health China 2030 plan",which aims to raise the level of our national health in the next 15 years.Depression,as a chronic psychological disorder,is one of the main threats to human health, after cancer, has become the second killer of human health.Adolescence is a special stage of psychological development from childhood to adulthood.During this period, the brain has a strong plasticity, affected by the hormones of adolescence, the brain structure and function of a huge and complex changes, vulnerable to depression and other psychological barriers.Depression has a direct impact on the development of the brain, leading to a decline in academic performance, impaired physical and social functioning, and a decrease in well-being.Therefore,strengthen the research on the neural mechanism of adolescent depression, early diagnosis, treatment and intervention for depression, especially in the transition period of individual Dutch act to prevent vicious incidents, and even for the individual lifelong health and potential, has important practical significance. This study selected 72 young subjects, divided into depression group and nonnal group, the modified gambling task, with the help of event-related potentials(ERP),combined with questionnaire survey, selected from the Chinese emotional material system is in negative emotional pictures pictures, time to explore how different mechanisms of picture valence effects of reward processing adolescent depression. The Beck depression scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale of adolescent depression screening experimental subjects. After the completion of the experiment, participants were asked to fill in two scales,TEPS and SHAP.Choose a late positive component(LPP)and negative feedback(FN)wave amplitude as indicators, divided into reward and reward the expected results stage, the experiment adopted 2(groups:depression group and control group)×3(picture valence:positive, neutral and negative)two factor mixed experimental design. The results showed that,in the stage of reward expectation, the LPP amplitude of different conditions was found, the main effect was significant, the main effect was significant, and the LPP amplitude of the normal group was higher than that of the depression group. The interaction between valence and brain regions significantly,in front of brain regions, the amplitude of LPP positive pictures after more than negative and neutral pictures after the amplitude of LPP;in the middle of the brain, the amplitude of LPP after different titer was not significant;in the rear areas of the brain, negative pictures after the amplitude of LPP is greater than the positive and the amplitude of LPP neutral pictures. The results are divided into two kinds of punishment and reward. In the penalty phase, the FN amplitude of different conditions was found, and the main effect of the titer and the brain area was significant, the main effect was significant, and the FN amplitude of the normal group was less than that of the depression group. The interaction between the valence and the subjects was significant.Under the condition of positive pictures and neutral pictures, the FN amplitude of the normal group was less than that of the depression group, and there was no significant difference in the FN amplitude between the two groups. In the reward stage, the comparison of different conditions of FN amplitude showed that the main effect of the titer was not significant, the main effect of the brain area was significant, the main effect was significant, and the FN amplitude of the normal group was higher than that of the depression group. The interaction between the brain area and the subjects was significant. In the anterior part of the brain, the amplitude of FN in the normal group was higher than that in the depression group. In the middle and posterior part of the brain, there was no significant difference in the FN amplitude between the two groups. The results showed that the main effect was significant, and the main effect was significant between the two groups, and the FN amplitude of the normal group was less than that of the depression group. The interaction between the valence and the subjects was significant, and the FN amplitude of the normal group was less than that of the depression group in the positive pictures and neutral pictures, and the difference of the FN amplitude of the two groups was not significant under the condition of negative pictures. The behavioral results showed that the depression group was lower than the normal group, and the depression score was significantly correlated with the scores of happy expectation and pleasure.EEG and behavior according to the results of analysis showed that in the expected reward stage, positive and negative pictures after the reward expected volatility and two depression scale is inversely proportional to the feedback phase, participants winning stage TEPS and TEPS-CON was positively correlated with the amplitude. Conclusion:the reward processing mechanism of depression in adolescents with normal adolescents are different, mainly for the decreased sensitivity of depression in adolescents of reward, punishment for the result is more sensitive, and will be pictures by,and there are some differences in different brain regions.Depressed adolescents experience a decline in happiness, lack of pleasure.Significance:the study of adolescents with depression,in theory, supports the study of the positive emotions of adolescents with depression, especially the mechanism of reward processing. In reality,it is helpful to the development of the teenagers' psychological health and to help them adjust their life, study and health.
