With the continuous development of the sports dance project,the characteristics of sports competition is becoming more and more prominent.In addition to the continuous improvement of the level of technology,as a sport,its physical fitness and a series of competitive ability requirements are also rising.How to achieve the best competitive state and physical reserves to complete the game is the need to guidethe training of comprehensive theory.In the related theory of sports training,the athletes can show the competitive level and sports higher performance in the game,for the athletes to establish reasonable training plan in the pre stage,and through the transformation and training method of training content adjustment to control before the stage of training load.In this paper,the observation scale and the heart rate instrument are used to track and observe the training activities of the high level sports team(the Latin Dance School of Beijing Sport University).The paper describes the characteristics of the load in the stage by the training content and the actual training time,and describes the characteristics of the load intensity in the stage by the change of the heart rateThrough the description of the training stage and recording the actual load time characteristics of load stage,through the characteristics of the load intensity on stage the changes of heart rate.At the same time,the statistical analysis of the characteristics of the load intensity caused by different training methods in the training course;Due to the use of different training contents(a complete combination of different kinds of statistical analysis of the load intensity)for training the feature difference.Found in the Latin dance stage before the high level sports teams,a total of 3 weeks a total of 15 training courses of training activities.In the early and late stages,the amplitude of fluctuation is small,and the mid range is larger.Through the actual training time to describe the characteristics of the load in the stage,the performance is decreased and then increased;Through the training content(the number of times of the complete combination of training)to describe the load in the stage,the performance is increased and then decreased.In the process of describing the load intensity through the non concentric index,the feature description in the phase is convergent.When using different training methods to carry out the pre competition training,there is a significant difference in the load intensity.There is a significant difference in the intensity of training when using different training contents,and the maximum intensity of the load is the largest during the training period.The coaches in the training arrangements before the stage,can make use of different training methods and content(a complete combination of different kinds of changes)transform to adjust the volume and intensity loading stage.
