| There is a deviation and game playing situation in our country’s local practice of Intangible Cultural Heritage and UNESCO’s the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.Illustrating the example of the status of protecting Intangible Cultural Heritage in Fenyang,this thesis,according to comparing the convention and having conversation with the it,pointed out the solidification between the skills and oral tradition,weakening of the value and meaning of the class of performance of intangible cultural heritage,and the transfer in self-identity channel for inheritor etc,which cause a series of thinking,such as the protection of intangible cultural heritage should be from top to bottom or from bottom to top,the dissociation of culture heritage and community groups and the game between the spirit of convention and material interests.Only by obverse improving such problems,can the spirit of convention be realized.This thesis is divided into seven sections and the first section is introduction,including four points.The first point is introducing origin of study,which includes the origin and demarcation of the concept of the intangible cultural heritage,the actual protection in our country’s culture heritage and the origins why I choose Fenyang City as example.The second point is the related domestic and overseas researches of the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage,Intangible Cultural Heritage and Intangible Cultural Heritage in Fenyang.The third point is the status of protecting Intangible Cultural Heritage in Fenyang City.The fourth point is the research methods in this thesis,which are the documentary method and Field research method.The second section is the document overview for the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage,which includes the overviews of the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage,Operational Directives for the Implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and Ethical Principles for Safeguarding Intangible Cultural Heritage.From the third section to the fifth section are the actual situation of local practice and the spirit deviation and game playing of convention.The third section is normalized exhibitions leading to frozen state of oral and the skills of tradition,during the process of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Fenyang.The fourth section is the weakening of the self value and meaning of intangible cultural heritage due to frequent exhibitions.The fifth section is discussing about the transfer in identity channel for the part of the inheritor,under the impact of the inheritor’s Recognition mechanism and economic interest.The sixth section is the introspection of the spirit of convention and the conversation of local practice,which include the protection of intangible cultural heritage should be from top to bottom or from bottom to top,the dissociation of culture heritage and community groups and the game between the spirit of convention and material interests.The seventh section is the epilogue,appealing the integration between the practice of intangible cultural heritage and the spirit of convention. |
