The Construction And Research Of The Cooperative Group Supervision Model For The Novice Consultants

The psychological supervision of our states starts late,the supervision work lacks of the perfect supervision system,and the regional development is extremely unbalanced.Due to the short of supervision resources,the practice of it is mostly a one-time group supervision,the system of individual supervision is a barren desert.In the background of this and raw consultants' s eager for personal growth,It derived from the type of group supervision,namely peer group supervision.namely peer group supervision.But there is a great difference between them,the member who participate in peer group completely equally discuss a varith of emotional experience about treatment experiences instead of the guilding of senior consultant.This paper tries to construct novice consultant peer group supervision model,aiming to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of it for college counselors,psychologists,Private practitioners.This study mainly uses the literature method,survey method,scale localization and experiment method,it takes 18 counselors in Jiangxi Province as the experimental object in a period of a semester to verify the effect in personal growth and skills development.The results show that: in the novice consultants peer support group supervision model,compared with the control group,the experimental group practice model of consultants have increased consulting skills and have statistically significant difference;no statistically significant difference between the groups of personal growth,but the experimental group consultant,posttest average score higher than the pre-test.The results show that:in the cooperative group counseling model,compared with the control group,the experimental group practice model of consultants have increased consulting skills and have statistically significant difference;no statistically significant difference between the groups of personal growth,but the experimental group consultants have higher average score than the pre-test.The conclusion of the study is the cooperative group counseling model can effectively enhance the novice counselors skills and promote the development of personal growth.
