Cognitive Diagnosis Of Internet Addiction And Its CD-CAT Study

The main purpose of this study is to realize the network addiction of cognitive diagnosis of computerized adaptive test.This study has two stud.First study has two child research purposes:(1)self-evaluation of symptoms of Internet addiction scale will be established under the cognitive diagnosis theory,and its test Q matrix will to be determined,and validity and reliability of Internet addiction symptoms self evaluation scale will be analysis under the classical measurement theory and CD theory.Its cognitive diagnosis will be implemented understanding of the symptoms of the subjects distribution pattern and the participants symptoms profile information.Main research purpose of the second study is to build a CD-CAT system,to choose the best cognitive model in the different projects,and to implement cognitive diagnosis of Internet addiction of 1558 subjects.Results:(1)Internet addiction symptoms Self-evaluation scale has a total of 209 questions under the guidance of the cognitive diagnostic test construction theory,based on the DSM-V standard of the symptoms of Internet addiction.Cronbach's ?and 1/2 reliability Were above 0.9,and the total variance of factor analysis accounted for 0.600 under the classical test theory(CTT).Under the cognitive diagnosis theory,MMR and PMR were above 0.975;most attribute consistency coefficient of the classification consistency reliability of cui was over 0.9 under the classification MAP estimation,but only A8's was 0.71;and its pattern consistency coefficien was 0.77;with the traditional Internet addiction scale for the criterion,Internet addiction symptoms self evaluation scale diagnosis results and high standard school scale diagnosis results have correlation diagnosis(r=0.746,r=0.796).It shows that the scale has good reliability and validity.(2)Comparing traditional diagnosis and cognitive diagnosis results:The diagnosticresults of six subjects for detailed analysis show that participants B1-B3 was judged to no Internet addiction,but their some clinical symptoms have probability is more than 50%,being a potential addiction,and we will ought to be gived scientific intervention.Participants B4-B6 be judged to Internet addiction,and baving the same the probability of Internet addiction,but the clinical symptoms have probability is different.Baseding on the theory of cognitive diagnosis,Internet addiction symptoms self evaluation scale can provide all symptoms of profile information of patients and potential patients or no Internet addiction subject thus for targeted treatment and prevention services.(3)Internet addiction cognitive diagnosis indicates:symptoms distribution of participants from Internet addiction institution is scattered,focusing on the different;but they are more likely to occur in durability and severe social function.The symptoms pattern of normal subjects mostly concentrated two kinds,"000000000" and "000000010";more appearing to use the Internet to avoid or alleviate negative moods.(4)On the basis of fixed length of 100 test of Internet addiction CD-CAT termination strategy,the results of different termination strategies(a posteriori probability)are as follows: under different termination strategy,MMR are between0.887 to 0.972,PMR increases with the posterior probability,but starting from the posterior probability of 0.75,PMRs are above 0.6.So Internet addiction CD-CAT has a good diagnosis effect.(5)Correlation of CD-CAT of Internet addiction diagnostic results and school standard scale 1of that was above 0.761.Correlation of CD-CAT of Internet addiction diagnostic results and school standard scale 2 of that was above 0.817.Correlation of diagnostic results of CD-CAT of Internet addiction and that of Internet addiction symptoms Self-evaluation scale was above 0.921.As you see,Internet addiction CD-CAT test has good validity.(6)Predictive validity of Internet addiction CD-CAT is to be inspected:founding that the sensitivity and specificity have good results;and the area under the ROC curve is 0.956,it show diagnosis accuracy of Internet addiction CD-CAT diagnostic test ishigher.To sum up,comparing with the traditional diagnosis,Cognitive diagnosis can not only determine whether be Internet addiction from the macroscopic level;participants can also be analysised the causes of Internet addiction on a micro level,and it can provide all symptoms of profile information of patients and potential patients or no Internet addiction,thus providing reference for targeted treatment and prevention of information.In the meantime,In this study,the average number of items of Internet addiction CD-CAT test is less than 80,but The paper and pencil tests has209 items.So the CD-CAT test items greatly reduced,that not only greatly improve the efficiency of the test,and also reduce the burden of the subjects,avoiding the listless mood of the subjects.Meanwhile,in the CD-CAT,diagnosis model from simplification to choose the best model provides a solution for the measurement data of diversified evaluation situation,expanding the application of cognitive diagnostic means.
