Creativity is everyone’s unique characteristics,is an important stage of the middle school students as the cultivation of innovative talents,training for school development and social talents are of great significance for the cultivation of innovative talents should be studied from many aspects,intelligence factors and non intelligence factors should pay attention to.In this study,based on the basis of previous studies,research on creativity,from two aspects,including organization of teachers and students’ individual level,organization level of teacher autonomy support,teacher expectations,individual learning motivation,ways of thinking,to explore the influence on high school students’ creativity,to understand this high school students and how to improve the level of creativity is of great significance to the creativity of senior high school students.Based on this,the thesis takes the high school students as the research object,teachers’ organizational level and individual level of students creativity in senior high school students to explore the hierarchical linear model MLwiN respectively,were investigated through questionnaire of 435 students of Henan A high school,and the questionnaires were analyzed by MLwiN.In this study,we explore the influencing factors and the relationship between the high school students’ creativity and the following conclusions:(1)There was no significant difference in the total score of creativity tendency among senior middle school students in age,grade,specialty and student origin,but there were significant differences in gender.There are no significant differences in gender,age,grade,specialty and source of students in the four dimensions of creativity,risk,imagination and challenge.(2)At the individual level factors of creativity tendency of senior high school students score on learning motivation(strong)has a remarkably negative influence on creativity of high school students,learning motivation(weak),learning interest,learning goals had no significant effect on the creativity of high school students.The four dimensions of creativity on learning motivation(strong)has a significant negative impact on risk,learning motivation(weak)has significant positive influence on the risk of the other,imagination,challenge,curiosity has no effect.The way of thinking has a significant impact on the creativity of high school students,and in the fourdimensions of creativity,it has a significant positive impact on adventure,imagination,curiosity and challenge.(3)The factors of high school students creativity scores on the organizational level,teachers’ autonomy support has no significant effect on the creativity of students,in the four dimensions of creativity on the impact on the adventure,imagination,curiosity,imagination has no significant support for teacher autonomy.Teachers’ expectation has significant positive influence on the creativity of students,which in the four dimensions of creativity in the teachers’ expectation has a positive effect on the adventure,curiosity and challenge,there was no significant effect on the imagination. |
