| "Death"is a theme appeared frequently in Liszt’s works,which include Liszt’s idea of live and death.Totentanz is one of the works.Besides the influence of two visual arts,the birth of Totentanz is related to the life experience and creative ideal of Liszt.Taking advantage of this opportunity,first of this thesis,I analyzed Totentanz in the aspect of music ontology,and then,based on the existing research data and contact with his different experiences and ideas,in order to show the charm of Liszt’s musical language and thought comprehensively.This thesis includes three chapters.In first chapter,I summarized the creative process and creative inspiration of Totentanz.In the second chapter,I analyzed the features of theme、harmony、musical form,and the reason why these features appeared in Totentanz.In the third chapter,I analyzed the programmatic,religious and contradictory characteristics of Totentanz.In my opinion,the essence of this work are the characteristics of theme、harmony and musical form.And it is very essential to explore the reason why the creation characteristics and the creation ideas formed in this work. |
