Research On The Network Literature Copyright Valse

Since 2015,adaptation of Intellectual Property(IP)becomes a popular tendency among cultural industries.Compared with other IP sources,the network literature is recognized as the most suitable IP source for the industry whole-chain layout with a wider audience,more intuitive market data and shorter transformation period.At present,there has no authoritative assessment system of network literature copyright value,the rising price of copyright has greatly increased the cultural industry costs and improved the stress of this field.It is high time that we should build a comprehensive assessment system of the network literature copyright value.Based on this background,this paper studies the more diverse and complicated connotations and influence factors of the network literature copyright value from the perspective of the new industrial operation mode.Moreover,this paper establishes an assessment system of copyright value based on qualitative and quantitative methods,which helps to explore the development and utilization of network literature copyright.Firstly,the paper makes summary and analysis on the domestic current situation of the development of network literature copyright in our country,this paper divided the operation into four stages and put up four major contradictions including the culture and business,experience and profession,effectiveness and period,replication and monopoly.Secondly,the paper analyzes the 3 connotations of the network literature copyright value including the fundamental economic value,the core cultural value and the radiant social value.With using the theory of double factors,this paper constructs a "treble profitable value" system including four levels influence factors from the "microcosmic factors" and "macroscopic factors",which used as a reference to build an assessment system of the network literature copyright value.Thirdly,the paper investigates and analyzes the relevant data of 20 network literatures through qualitative and quantitative methods.In the aspect of qualitative evaluation,this paper calculates the IP influence coefficient depending on the adaptation-potential,exploitation-capacity and web-influence.In the quantitative evaluation,the paper puts up an assessment mode-"network literature copyright value is equal to the sum of the treble profitable value".Based on that,the paper builds a value assessment system of the network literature including fan-amounts,conversion-rate and ARPU(Average Revenue Per User).Finally,the paper abstracts some keywords such as quality,influence,payment and fans viscosity derived from the assessment system as the guiding concepts to explore the methods of developing the network literature copyright value.In the face of the changeful technology and mixed quality of the network literature,only keep the kernel spirit and pay attention to the long-term growth does the copyright realize the best value.
