The Contrastive Study Of Evidence Preposition In Chinese And Vietnamese

The paper makes a comparative study of Chinese and Vietnamese evidence prepositions from the three-plane theory of Chinese grammar.In syntactic function,we will compare Chinese evidence prepositions with Vietnamese evidence prepositions about the syntactic distribution and the functions of prepositional phrases;In semantic function,we divide the Chinese semantic category of prepositions into 7 group,they are �an� group,�zhao� group,�yi� group,�sui� group,�ju� group,�cong� group,�ping� group,and describe their corresponding forms in Vietnamese.In pragmatic function,the paper investigates the function of topic marker and the mechanism of Covert in two language evidence preposition.From the second language acquisition,this paper investigates the acquisition of the Chinese evidence preposition in the Vietnamese students' interlanguage Corpus,and founds that the "substitution error" is the most important one.This paper analyzes the causes of errors from the following aspects: mother tongue transfer,negative transfer of target language knowledge,difficulty of target language cognition,language input and learning strategies.At last,this paper examines the arrangement of the Chinese evidence preposition class in the current textbooks.Finally,we put forward some practical teaching suggestions.
