Boredom is a negative and discrete emotion.The bored individual experiences agitated(hign arousal)and/or lethargic(low arousal),lack of stimulates,chanlleges,meaningful and purposes.It can inspire person to change the current situations or activities.Self-control according to their own individual or social expectations,control their own desires,needs,and change the inherent behavior,ways of thinking ability,is a process of self adjusted to match the environment.Eating behavior is the behavior of people eat food,can be divided into healthy and unhealthy eating behaviors.It is generally believed that unhealthy eating behaviors mainly into three types: restrictive eating,emotional eating and exogenous feeding.Restricted eating is due to go on a diet of cognitive biases of excessive restrictions on eating,emotional eating is the eating behavior of emotional arousal,and external cause eating eating food cues are the external cause,the latter two eating behaviors are collectively referred to as to inhibit eating again.Relations in recent years,boring and bad behavior and its induced by psychological or behavioral process,gradually got the attention of psychologists.This research adopts the questionnaire of high school students boring tendency,self control and the development status of eating behaviors and boring through self control for the process of eating behaviors may be induced.The results show as follows:1.Chinese boring tendency scale,self-control scale and eating behaviors questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be applied to the domestic high school student assessment of relevant variables.2.The current high school students of boredom in the medium level,there were significant differences in gender.3.High school students self control in the medium level,there is no gender differences,and significant grade differences.4.The eating problem of high school students is more common,restrictive,emotional eating and eating external cause significant gender differences in feeding,there is no grade differences.5.High school boring tendency and emotional eating and external cause wassignificantly positively related to eating,has nothing to do with the restricted feeding;Self-control and boring tendency,three kinds of eating behaviors were significantly negative correlation.6.Boring tendency for high school students through self control of the mediation role of emotional eating and eating(external impact,the intermediary role model for "boring tendency to self control,emotional eating","boring tendency to self control,external eating".
