The Chinese character writing errors is a common problem for learners in Chinese learning, on one hand, Chinese characters is often overlooked in the teaching of aspect of Chinese as a second language,and academic circles have been copying western linguistic theory to guide teaching practice, also pay little attention to the Chinese character teaching, whose development has been lagging behind Chinese character’s teaching in listening speaking and reading. Chinese has regarded words as the language analysis and study of the minimum structure and the foundation of Chinese research for so long time, which causes that a lot of students only can identify the whole words, but can not identify the individual character, also,they are confused at the individual character’s meaning, only remember the meaning of the words. This kind of teaching method of problems make the learners meet with more and more problems in the learning process, especially for the the output of Chinese characters, so they write a lot of typos, ghost words in Chinese character handwriting.On the other hand,because the meaning of Chinese characters differ from other sounds of language very much. The relationship between its form and sound is very complex.learners often make mistakes because of many facts,such as its complex structure,misunderstanding.The motiration of Chinese characters. This paper will study the common problems in foreign Chinese character teaching.T he dynamic datas from Chinese language level examination of HSK,which foreign students take in Beijing language and culture university,are used as the research material.This paper will collect and analyze the Chinese character writing errors which HSK examine make in different aspects.First,it outlines the main situation of Chinese characters written errors.Besides,it also analyzes the frequence of different types of Chinese written errors,as well as its causes.Finally,it comes an conclusion that there are three main kinds of errors,which takes almost 70% of the whole writing errors.Investigate its reason, mainly on Chinese characters glyph, parts composition, the structure of Chinese characters, Chinese characters meaning reflected in the structure of Chinese characters of the characteristics of the unified of form and characters of the sound effect caused by understanding unclear, and these problems is the current teaching theory based on the vocabulary word standard, so in this paper, using basic unit theory as the guiding ideology of Chinese characters teaching, on the basis of the word combine the teaching of word, word, sentence. On this basis, this paper puts forward a few basic unit under the guidance of Chinese characters teaching strategies:one is from the font of Chinese characters; The second is based on pinyin stick; Three is meaning extension points, from word to word, word combination.
