Businessmen's Fellowship is a kind of Christian organization composed of Christian businessmen, especially the entrepreneurs and executives. It was organized in America in 1930s firstly, and booming in Mainland China since the early 21st century. The social background of the organization's appearence in Mainland China was the high-speed economic development after the reform and opening, the rising Christian businessmen group, and the influence of foreign related organizations. Christian Business Men's Connection of Quanzhou, hereafter called Quanzhou CBMC, is a typical representative for Businessmen's Fellowship in Mainland China. Based on fieldwork, combined with research methodology of depth interviews, participant observation and case analysis, Quanzhou CBMC was depply analyzed in this paper. Under the current religious administration system, Quanzhou TSPM & CCC established Quanzhou CBMC which is cover many counties of Quanzhou according to the actual situation of Quanzhou and the experience of domestic and overseas Businessmen's Fellowships. Quanzhou CBMC had carried out different levels of Christian congregations, training ministry and literature work. Quanzhou CBMC had constructed a system of Christian business ethics which benefits development of market economy. Quanzhou CBMC had positively affected on Christian businessmen's belief status and philosophy of doing business, Church's development and social welfare and philanthropy. To some extent, Quanzhou CBMC solved problems faced by Quanzhou Church in the market economy time, eased up the tension between faith and secular, and promoted the progress of Quanzhou Christianity to adapt transitional society. As a case, Quanzhou CBMC reflected attempt and achievement which gain by Mainland China Church actively confronted and responded to the challenges of this time under the adaptation model of Businessmen's Fellowship.
