The Investigation For Changes Of Sailing Route From China To Ryukyu In Ming And Qing Dynasty

The friendly contact between Chinese and Ryukyu are more than five hundred years.In the past five centuries of communication,the sailing routes have changed a lot. This paper is intended to use the books written by the Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty envoys as the main literatures,to search for the changes and the reasons of sailing routes from China to Ryukyu,in order to discusses how the ancient Chinese sailing experience was accumulated,how the ship building technology was progressed,and finally to have a comprehensive and objective understanding of the development and understanding of the ancient Chinese sea,to have a more clear understanding on the history of China and the ryukyu sailing.
