The Buddhist Impact On The Porcelain Decoration In Yuan Dynasty

In the development of Chinese porcelain culture,Yuan Dynasty is respected as a historic transitional period,which contributes a prosperity in this field and inevitably links the artistic activities in different times.It is proved that the transition of the ruling class would bring corresponding changes in social economic and cultural fields.In Yuan Dynasty Buddhism is governing definitely,which strongly reflected in the artistic creation.The hints can be found in the artistic decoration in porcelain works at that times.The Buddhist culture energized its unique artistic charm for porcelain works.The thesis is trying to analyze and study in terms of artistic decoration in porcelain works,to demonstrate the Buddhist reflection in the artistic decoration in porcelain works in Yuan Dynasty and enriches the study of artistic porcelain creation in a fresh view.
