Study On The Butterfly Pattern Used On Han Folk Clothes In Modern China

In our traditional costumes, the image of the butterfly can be seen everywhere, it as a pattern to be used on skirt, jacket, pants, headband, headband and so on. Its image in our country has a long history of culture, and it is an important pattern of traditional costume culture in our country.The theme of this paper is the butterfly pattern on the folk dress of the Han nationality in modern times. According to the folk costumes Museum of Jiangnan University, butterfly patterns are fully studied by using the methods of literature search, physical induction, image drawing, statistical analysis and other methods. Firstly, 256 butterfly patterns used on the folk costumes Museum of Jiangnan University were aggregated and analyzed in regional aspect and clothing types. So as to the different performance characteristics of butterfly patterns in different costume jewelry were analyzed. Secondly, the simple modeling, realistic modeling and unique shape of butterfly pattern were explained one by one. So as to sum up the law of its shape and show the beauty of the butterfly pattern. Thirdly, the composition elements of the butterfly pattern such as dot, curve, different surfaces were analyzed specifically. The characteristics of butterfly pattern was pointed out. The composing method of butterfly pattern was sorted out and analyzed. The decorative art of butterfly pattern was analyzed. The butterfly pattern of representative texture was explored, then not only the beautiful butterfly texture was showed, but also its connotation was explored. The other pattern with butterfly pattern were summed up. In the end, the language meaning and its connotation of the butterfly pattern was interpreted from the perspective of semiotics. So as to point out that the butterfly pattern was not only the beauty of appearance, it was also a kind of spiritual comfort.In a word, The butterfly pattern in the folk costume of the Han nationality in modern times has rich research value. It has a strong representation. It is worth studying.
