Study On “?” Pattern Of Batik In Guizhou Province

"?" pattern is one of the traditional decorative patterns, as early as the late Neolithic period has appeared, to be the occasion of the Han Dynasty after the introduction of Buddhism, "?" word pattern from the initial religious meaning of the "sun worship" Gradually changing to convey the "happiness" aspirations of the auspicious symbols.This paper mainly focuses on the study of batik "?" pattern in Guizhou area, and the origin and connotation of the word " ? " in combination with the historical background of pattern development. This paper takes the batik "?" pattern as the research object, takes the materials collected in the batik and field investigation of the National Costume Museum of the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology and Apparel as the sample, adopts the field investigation and data analysis method, the document method and the interdisciplinary research method, " ? " character patterns and pattern bone type, Guizhou batik in the "swastika" word pattern were classified and summarized. Through the research on the drawing process of Zhenning Stone Village, Danzhai Paidao Village and Huishui Duck Township, the paper expatiates on the meaning of the process of program operation on the inheritance and development of the pattern.Batik as a "?" word pattern of one of the forms, is facing the dilemma of death. On the basis of field investigation, the author elaborated the present situation of batik in Guizhou, analyzed the reason of the disappearance of batik in particular, through the study of typical areas, found the "economic" is effective way to protect and inherit batik process.
